Victor is a wealth management principal and founder of the firm. He brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry to Baron. 

After obtaining his bachelor's degree in finance and investments, Victor completed the College for Financial Planning's Certified Financial Planning program, as well as several graduate-level investment management courses. 

As a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor, Victor has passed an extensive screening process. Advisors who pass the vetting process must be paid directly by their clients, without receiving conflict-inducing commissions and rewards generated from the sale of financial products. 

Victor has implemented a distinctive team-based approach to financial planning at Baron. Proud of Baron's commitment to maintain open, honest and effective communication between their clients and advisors, he strives to provide clients with the tools and education they need to protect the money they have worked hard for. Additionally, he is a recipient of the 2019 Five Star Wealth Manager Award in New Jersey, receiving the award for eight consecutive years.

Victor brings a strong business background to Baron Financial Group. As a successful real estate owner and investor of various properties for many years, he offers valuable insight to clients who are considering investing in real estate through outright ownership.

Personally touched with the challenges associated with special needs, Victor is a dedicated supporter of Spectrum for Living, a nonprofit committed to helping adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

Victor has been quoted in NJMoneyHelp.com, the Daily Record of Morristown (on the topic of retirees outliving their funds), the New York Post (on investing in real estate), the Newark Star-Ledger and Reuters News Network. He also authored an article on bond laddering for the Bottom Line Newsletter.

Victor and his wife have two children, Gregory and Victoria, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fundraising and supporting Baron's philanthropic efforts.

Anthony is a wealth management principal and Chartered Financial Analyst®. The CFA® designation is recognized globally as the preeminent designation for those in the field of investment management. It emphasizes the highest ethical and professional standards. 

Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Indiana University. He is also a proud recipient of the 2019 Five Star Wealth Manager award, his eighth consecutive year with this distinction. His career is deeply rooted in the financial industry and capital markets. He's held positions in fixed income, equity and option markets, as well as corporate banking. While working in banking, he was a key player in structuring numerous corporate banking deals.

Anthony spent six years of his career serving as a portfolio risk manager trading equity options and equities. During this time, he managed profit and loss, position risk, option pricing levels and hedging decisions within a defined portfolio of equities. Additionally, he researched and interpreted market data, marketplace changes and economic, financial and business news to make profitable trading decisions.

Prior to joining Baron Financial Group, Anthony served as an institutional fixed income salesman, where his responsibilities included promoting the sale of a full line of investment-grade fixed income products. He also formed relationships with bank presidents, CEOs, CFOs, insurance company CIOs and money managers, fostering strong client relationship skills while gaining sound portfolio management and asset selection experience.

Anthony and his wife, Joanna, have two sons, AJ and Joey. In his free time, you can find him playing sports, participating in outdoor activities, spending time with his family and coaching Little League Baseball.

At Baron Financial Group, Nicholas works with clients to develop their retirement and investment plan while answering their financial questions, guiding them through their journey towards financial security. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), maintaining Baron's policies and procedures (including cybersecurity and privacy policies), as well as their regulatory filings.

Nicholas joined Baron Financial Group in 2010. Lucy has had the opportunity to grow her knowledge at Baron. She has learned that no job is too small; all jobs are your job. The boutique office atmosphere has afforded her the opportunity to be involved in the many aspects of the firm and to constantly learn something new.   

Prior to joining Baron, Lucy held administrative assistant positions in the consumer electronics, marketing, sales and manufacturing fields. The skills she acquired at these various jobs instilled the importance of attention to service, work ethics, prioritizing and meeting deadlines. She had to learn how to synchronize many moving parts in the international sales arena, including international banking.

Lucy is happily married and enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include reading, drawing and shopping.

Beginning her career at DMAC Financial Services, Peggy has worked as a client services specialist for over 20 years, including 10 years at AT&T as an account representative in their major accounts division. There, she supported their large pharmaceutical clients and participated in the design and implementation of their telecommunications systems.

Peggy's expertise and dedication to Baron's clients extend to many charitable organizations, including Saint Cecilia’s Shelter for the Homeless, Human Concerns committees and numerous Breast Cancer events. Additionally, she's served on several boards at her children’s schools, as well as helped coordinate their fundraising events.

Peggy is married with three daughters and several grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with her growing family.

Fran has been with Baron Financial Group for over a decade, supporting all of their client communication efforts, including creating content for their website and educational platform, Responsible Guidance. Additionally, she serves as the event planner for Baron's client appreciation events and educational seminars, as well as helps manage Baron's compliance program.

Before joining Baron, Fran worked as a theatrical stage manager and as a production manager for a reference publisher. A long-time Fair Lawn resident, she spent many years volunteering at Fair Lawn schools as a PTA member and class mom, including planning and implementing Project Graduation for the Fair Lawn High School class of 2006. As a senior-class parent, she helped coordinate the 2006 Marathon Committee, a senior-class effort to raise money for the community.

Additionally, Fran served as the co-chair of the Helen Troum Nursery School and Kindergarten board of directors for over 10 years, working closely with the school director and the board on matters related to policies and procedures, budgeting and staff recruitment.

Fran is a graduate of the University at Albany, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on Theatre and English. She is married with grown children and a granddaughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and attending the theatre.

As an associate financial planner and member of the Investment Committee at Baron Financial Group, James conducts research and assists Baron's advisors with the creation and maintenance of clients' financial plans. Additionally, he researches and implements technological improvements within the field of financial planning and cybersecurity so Baron can continuously deliver quality services to their clients.

Growing up in a large family with 12 children, James understands what it takes to work on a team and help others. A graduate of William Paterson University (WPU), he obtained his bachelor's degree from the Cotsakos College of Business, one of the 35 top schools in the country for financial planners (according to Financial Planning Magazine in 2014).  

During his time at WPU, James held the lead role of community outreach within the student chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), providing him with the opportunity to visit high schools and educate students about financial planning.

In his spare time, James enjoys volunteering at his local youth group; spending time with his wife, Maria, their son and many siblings; as well as playing the guitar. He is fluent in Spanish.

As a financial analyst, Victoria conducts investment research and analysis for Baron's internal investment committee, as well as researches various financial planning topics. She earned the CFA Institute Investment Foundations® certificate from the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst®) Institute to help with her role as a financial analyst.

When she's not conducting research, Victoria is an active contributor to Baron's financial education platform, Responsible Guidance, which aims to provide independent educational information to clients without the confusion of technical jargon.

The recipient of the Presidential Scholarship at Union College, Victoria graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. While she was a student at Union College, she was inducted into three national honor societies: Mathematics (Pi Mu Epsilon), English (Sigma Tau Delta) and Women’s and Gender Studies (Iota, Iota, Iota).

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys reading and volunteering for the Sunshine Club at Spectrum for Living, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Johanna serves as a Client Relationship Associate at Baron Financial Group, helping clients with all aspects of communication and paperwork in client services, including their onboarding process, scheduling, and keeping up-to-date on the changes in their financial lives. She joined Baron because of their commitment to helping people, in particular families with loved ones with special needs. Based on personal experience, she knows how health can make a drastic change in one’s life.

Before joining Baron, Johanna was trained as a research geologist in the Philippines. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and Master’s degree in Applied Earth Science from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Johanna is a lupus and disability awareness advocate, supporting disability advocacy organizations such as Hope for Lupus Foundation Philippines, Virtualahan (a social initiative that trains people with disabilities to gain employment in a technology field), and Lupus Foundation of America.

A newlywed, Johanna and her husband Mark were married in May of 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and astrophotography. Born and raised in the Philippines, Johanna is fluent in Tagalog.

Angela brings a strong work ethic to Baron, which is evidenced by the pride and professionalism with which she views her position.

Angela’s prior experience dealing directly with clients as a Paralegal in the Estates and Trusts area make her ideally suited to understanding the unique needs of the Baron Financial Group clients. Additionally, she has 16 years of experience as a Guide and Trainer at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) helping members achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Angela believes that communicating with clients in a clear, concise and personalized manner is of the utmost priority throughout the financial planning and investment management process.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Rutgers University, and has prior experience in marketing and promotional writing and design. She has worked in the fields of advertising, marketing, and was Director of a learning center for young children. As Assistant Director of a trade association for the polymer industry, Angela successfully organized international conferences for over 3,000 worldwide industry leaders.

Outside of work, Angela is married with two young adult sons. She is a former fitness instructor and dedicated fitness enthusiast who enjoys keeping up with her active family. She and her husband also enjoy attending concerts, traveling and entertaining family and friends.
